God is a
great listener.

We believe the power of prayer can shift our world and be a balm of peace in times of trouble. At the Fellowship, prayer isn't a program — it's a way of life.

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God." — Philippians 4:6

Why We Pray

Prayer is how we stay connected to the source of all things

We believe prayer is not a last resort — it is a first response. When we pray, we acknowledge our dependence on God, open ourselves to His wisdom, and invite His power to move in situations we cannot change on our own.

At the Fellowship of Oakbrook, prayer saturates everything we do. It fills our Sunday mornings, anchors our mid-week gatherings, and undergirds our missions and outreach work.

We believe that a church that prays together stays together — and that nothing in our community is beyond the reach of God's grace when His people pray.

🕊

Peace in the Asking

God promises a peace that transcends understanding to those who bring their anxiety to Him. Prayer is an invitation into that peace.

🤝

Strength in Agreement

When two or more gather in His name, something powerful happens. Praying together multiplies faith and strengthens the body.

🌿

Movement in the Unseen

We believe prayer shifts things — in our hearts, in our relationships, and in the world around us. God moves when His people pray.

We're Here for You

Whatever you're carrying, you don't have to carry it alone.

Submit a prayer request and let our team stand with you in prayer. We receive every request with care, and we are honored to pray alongside you.
