Our Calling

Compassionate to those who mourn, generous to those in need

We believe that all Christians have been called by God to "go therefore and make disciples." It is not nearly enough to just proclaim the Gospel of Jesus — we must live in a way that displays the love of God to the world.

That means our hearts are to be compassionate to those who mourn, generous to those in need, and open to those who are seeking to know more about the good news of Jesus Christ. Our missions programs are where that conviction becomes action.

Compassion

Seeing the needs around us and responding with the love of Christ.

Generosity

Giving freely of our resources — time, money, and presence.

Welcome

An open door to all who are seeking to know more about Jesus.

Go

Carrying the Gospel into Summerville and around the world.

Backpack Buddies

Serving Summerville and Reeves Elementary School, our church provides food for any students in need. Many children in our community don't have reliable access to meals outside of school.

Backpack Buddies ensures that no child goes hungry over the weekend. Donated items are packed discreetly and sent home with students so they have food when school is out.

Operation Christmas Child

Operation Christmas Child shares the love of Christ with children around the world each year. Through Samaritan's Purse, shoeboxes filled with gifts are delivered to children in need globally — often the first gift they have ever received.

Our goal is to bless at least 150 children with their very own gift box in 2026. Every donation brings us closer to that goal.
